This Department of Equality and Rights will support all people (irrespective of citizenship status) to:

Know their Rights
Understand the government structure
Provide opportunities for work experience to understand how different institutions work

Amendments:

Biannual Review of effectiveness with frontline staff/ students leading on developing accountability framework
The work of this department should be embedded throughout the organisation
This is a space that acts as bridge between managers and frontline/ heads of school and teachers/ students to collaborate on new inclusive ways of working together
