This institution/ roles will ensure there is no "participation washing" - and by this we mean participation without follow up and feedback on impact.
It will provide support to ensure a governance structure of participatory processes is co-designed with all stakeholders and participants from the start.. This will ensure there is always clear follow up on participatory decisions.
It will promote emotional resilience and social learning as evaluation criteria; public funds for care infrastructure.
