Being a young person can be tough, and dealing with mental health challenges can make things even harder. We are young people like you and we know that mental health issues can impact our ability to enjoy life, form and maintain relationships, and achieve our goals. That's why we created this space to share experiences and work together to make a difference.
Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for young people to talk about mental health and connect with others who are going through similar experiences. We believe that everyone deserves access to good mental health care and we want to make sure our experiences and perspectives influence how decisions on mental health are taken and services delivered. Our purpose is to create a platform for our voice to be heard.
We are running a participatory process on youth mental health and you're welcome to take part. On this page we also want to share a range of resources on mental health from young people for young people.
We'd like everyone to share information, ideas, blogs, videos, pictures about their experience of mental health to help us all understand and shape the support we need and want.
