We think that mediction is important but it needs to go hand in hand with another treatment as well. This is because maybe some people are struggling with mental health due to financial and housing situations and medication wouldn't be the best solution for them.

We think that mediction is important but it needs to go hand in hand with another treatment as well. This is because maybe some people are struggling with mental health due to financial and housing situations and medication wouldn't be the best solution for them.
Policies that address psychological and social wellbeing would be beneficial. We suggest free provision of physical and mental wellbeing classes so things such as swimming, community gardening or arts and crafts.
