Diversity Experience Days and Training

To solve the third issue identified by the survey, we want to propose training and 'experience days' for professionals.

The experience days would be run by organisations/groups working in diverse communities and provide professionals exposure to those communities and non-judgemental spaces to ask questions and discuss misinformation and stereotypes. Training sessions would follow-up and supplement these days to further solidify their learning in a more familiar space.
