• Understand the government structure

• Provide opportunities for work experience to understand how different institutions work

• Biannual Review of effectiveness with frontline staff/ students leading on developing accountability framework

• The work of this department should be embedded throughout the organisation

• This is a space that acts as bridge between managers and frontline/ heads of school and teachers/ students to collaborate on new inclusive ways of working together
