2 - To provide community-designed training for professionals to equip them to work with a variety of communities and people from diverse backgrounds.

3 - To establish a Quality Assurance Framework for organisations to prove cultural competency.

4 - To provide quarterly follow-ups for organisations and individuals after the training to examine impact.
